Item model and reading path

GIS stores static data and fragments in an Item Definition; the runtime Item Instance holds its unique ID, attributes, and fragment state. Create the definition and configure its fragments, then create instances through inventory or project logic.

Use the Dynamic Attribute System for tagged numeric values and the Data Mixin System for structured runtime state. If state must be saved or replicated, check its limitations and Save and Load.
