GIPS 1.5

  1. All input-related tags must start with GIPS.InputTag/InputTag.
  2. All input buffer-related tags must start with GIPS.InputBuffer.
  3. Improved Log.
  4. Added a developer description field to 'AllowedInput' and InputProcessor, allowing developers to annotate their intent.
  5. Added AlwaysAllowedInputs to InputControlSetup, where all input events in this list will bypass InputCheckers.
  6. InputTagRelationship added BlockedInputs, allowing certain input events to be disabled under certain conditions (previously only allowed configuration of which input events were permitted).
